Yes! I Support the Wright Museum's Efforts to Preserve and Share the Stories of America's Greatest Generation!

The Wright Museum of WWII History is dedicated to preserving the stories of a time in our history when Americans from all walks of life pulled together, uniting their efforts to realize a common goal. We invite you to help keep this spirit alive by supporting the museum's educational mission by becoming a member today.

By joining the Wright Museum , or by making an additional tax-deductible contribution, you are entering into a community that values American history--a community that believes the achievements of the WWII generation should be remembered and celebrated by present and future generations.

Membership benefits include:

  • Unlimited free museum admission for a full year
  • Two-for-One passes to Wolfeboro's N.H. Boat Museum
  • Subscription to The Wright Times , the Wright Museum 's quarterly publication  
  • 10% discount on the museum gift shop purchases
  • Invitation to "Members Only" Events
  • Recognition in the museum's Annual Report
  • Free admission to Tuesday Night at the Wright  Summer Lecture Series. Members also receive free and reduced admission to other special events, which are hosted year-round at the museum.
  • A subscription to the newly-launched Wright Museum eNewsletter, which features content not published in the hard copy Wright Times.

Membership Categories and Additional Benefits :

Individual - $50 –  All membership benefits described above.

Family/Household - $75 – All membership benefits plus free admission for two adults and all children under 18. Children needn't be members of the same household, and benefits extend to grandchildren and other family members under 18 .

Institutional/Library - $75 – Area libraries can purchase for $75 two (2) passes good for 2 adults and 4 children under the age of 18 to visit the museum. Member libraries receive a copy of the quarterly newsletter, The Wright Times.

Contributing - $100 – In addition to Family/Household benefits, four free guest admissions and special edition Wright Museum coffee mug .

Sponsor - $500 – All Contributing benefits plus one free guest admission for each museum visit, a gift copy of  Tom Brokaw's The Greatest Generation and a 10% discount on one facility rental .

Patron - $1,000 – All sponsor benefits plus free admission for your guests when you visit the museum. Subscription to Reminisce or World War II Magazine and a 20% discount on facility rentals. For the duration of 2008, the museum will donate a commemorative plaque to be installed in our Memorial Courtyard for all new members joining at this level. Hundreds of individuals, military units, and civilian organizations have been commemorated by loved ones who have donated a bronze plaque to be installed on the Wright Museum’s wall of honor. Your tax-deductible contribution of $100 will do double duty by permanently honoring a loved one while helping the museum in its educational mission.

Special This Year! For the duration of 2008, those donating a commemorative plaque will be granted a complimentary membership. Our hope is that you will take advantage of free museum admission--one of the benefits of joining the museum--to come see your permanent memorial to a beloved veteran.

  • Contribute to our 2008 Annual Fund to make a tax-deductible year-end gift to help sustain the Wright Museum 's basic museum operations and educational programs.
  • Ask your employer if they offer "matching gift" opportunities. This is a great way to make your contribution go even farther! 
  • Consider making a gift of stock to the Wright Museum . To learn more, please contact the museum's Executive Director, Mark Foynes, by calling 603/569-1212 .
  • Volunteer your time to help with guided tours, staff the admissions desk, or process and catalog our rich collections.
  • Become a sponsor of one of the remaining 1940 or 1943 Time Tunnel exhibits by funding their completion.
